After the confirmation of the availability and the official submit of the purchase request, the Sale Contract and the Proforma invoice will be issued.

Submit an official purchase request by sending the following information and documents that will be needed for the Sale Contract and the Proforma invoice:

• First Name, Last Name of the representative of the company that is submitting the purchase request
• Contact information (E-mail, Phone Number)
• Delivery information (address where the vehicle will be delivered)
• Identification form of the person that is submitting the purchase request (Passport / ID Card) - owner of the company that is requesting the vehicle.
• Identification form of the company that is placing the order (Business license) - in the case that the purchase is made by a company, not an individual person (private customer). This document can't be older than 3 months.

The prices shown on the web site and in the offers presented by UST Truck Trading GmbH through its agents are calculated with the VAT and without VAT (Net Price). 

There is a different VAT rate applied based on the location and the registration of the vehicle. 

• If the vehicle is registered in Germany, the VAT (MwSt.) is 19%
• If the vehicle is registered in Austria, the VAT (MwSt.) is 20%
• If the vehicle is registered in the Netherlands, the VAT (BTW) is 21%
• If the vehicle is registered in Italy, the VAT (IVA) is 22%

If you are from an EU country and you are VAT registered in your country, the purchase represents an intra-Community supply. 

These supplies are taxed at 0% VAT. 

This represents an intra-Community acquisition for the purchaser of the vehicle in the EU country to which the vehicle is sent. The purchaser must pay the VAT in that country. 

If you are VAT registered and you need to claim back the VAT from the purchase you have made through UST Truck Trading GmbH, the procedure is easy.

Once the vehicle will be delivered and the transaction is confirmed by the buyer, a "Confirmation of Intra-Community supply of goods" will be received along with the original documents. This has to be completed, signed and sent back to us. Once this document is received, the VAT percentage will be refunded to you.

The payment information can be found on the Proforma invoice issued for you after the official purchase request is submitted. Follow the instructions regarding the payment and if there is any issue with the payment process, contact us for assistance.

For security reasons and in order to be sure of the availability of the vehicle ordered, confirm the payment within 24 hours after the Proforma invoice is issued for you.

The payment can be done only by Bank Transfer. 

• SEPA Bank Transfers are a quick, easy, and safe way to transfer money across the EU-Zone.
• SWIFT Bank Transfers are used for transactions outside the EU-Zone.

The payment by Credit / Debit Card or by cash is not accepted.

The usual time for a bank transfer to be processed is between one and four business days. This is independent from us but the bank that is initiating and processing the bank transfer.

Once the payment is confirmed by our partner financial institution, you will be notified.

The fiduciary system that we are using for all our transactions is implemented to avoid the risk of fraud and to offer the customers the guarantee of the ordered vehicles.

The payment is not sent directly to the seller (owner) of the vehicle. 

The payment is received by UST Truck Trading GmbH into an insolvency-protected bank account with our licensed financial institutions partners. Every transaction has an unique bank account assigned that is managed exclusively by UST Truck Trading GmbH.

The payment will be sent to the seller of the ordered vehicle just after the buyer confirms that the vehicle was received and the transaction can be completed.

The security of our customers funds is our highest priority. The funds of all UST Truck Trading GmbH payments are kept securely in insolvency-protected trust accounts and comply with the legal requirements of the European PSD2 and the GDPR.

UST Truck Trading GmbH does accept only payments in EUR and CHF at this moment.

Use only the currency stated on the Proforma invoice received.

Do not initiate a payment using other currency (PLN, CZK, GBP) as the exchange rate applied by the banks might affect the final amount received. If the amount to be paid is not the same as the one stated on the Proforma invoice, the payment is considered as incomplete and will be automatically rejected.

Follow the payment information received on the Proforma invoice.

In the case that other information is used, the payment will not be completed and the amount transferred will be automatically refunded. This might lead to delays in processing your order.
